Sofia Hotlen Driving School is a family owned school and we provide the best quality service in drivers education and drivers training.  We have a NO REFUND POLICY.  When your payment is received we reserve a place for the student in the drivers training and drivers education classes.  If the student is unable to attend the class in which they were originally enrolled, please call us a month in advance to reschedule lesson. 

If the account is inactive (no scheduled driving or classroom instruction) for a period in excess of 1 year, a $50.00 fee will be charged at the time of reactivation, as well as any fee increases that may have occurred since the initial enrollment.  Also, if the student is missing more than 2 hours of training at the end of the year, to reactivate the permit, he/she needs to pay again $50.00 for each 2 hour lesson he/she is missing.

 A "NO SHOW", or cancellation of a lesson without calling 24 hours in advance (or in the event that the appointment is scheduled for a Monday, the call must be made by Saturday evening before the lesson),  $60.00 fee would  be applied to the original price, since instructors need to get paid whether the student is available or not.  Any further lessons needed to complete your program will require an additional prepaid fee.

 Lost or replacement certificates will be replaced for a processing fee of $25.00 each.

Transfers:  Transfer on tuition fees from one member of the family to another younger member of the family are not allowed unless this is discussed with SHDS at the ontset of enrollment or  payment of fees.  SHDS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
